DSA Bro is an online learning platform offering courses on data structures and algorithms, system design, databases, and interview preparation. Courses include interactive visualizations, written lessons, code samples, quizzes, and progress tracking. A full list of courses and their prices is available on our Pricing page.

You must create an account to access most of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services; if you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners; we do not store your card or banking details. On successful payment, access to the purchased course is granted to your account. Prices and promotional discounts may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own learning. Unless otherwise stated on the course page, paid courses come with lifetime access, meaning access for as long as DSA Bro operates the platform. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute, copy, or publicly post course content.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the platform — including lessons, visualizations, animations, code samples, graphics, and branding — is owned by DSA Bro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Code samples shown in lessons may be used for your personal learning and in your own projects, but course content as a whole may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or course access to others;
• Copy, scrape, download, or redistribute course content;
• Attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or access controls;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund, after reasonable notice where appropriate.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the platform available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or any specific outcome (such as passing an interview or securing a job). To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSA Bro's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim.

We may update course content, add or retire features, and revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
